What is OmniMart?

OmniMart is a one stop shop that showcases all of our products on one website. We started offering our products in 2019 on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, and Tiktok. We've fulfilled tens of thousands of orders through those channels before we finally decided that we'd like a little more control on what type of content that we are able to list. Amazon has continuously increased fees to sellers and chooses to favor low quality and priced items products from China. We wanted to sell on our own terms, hence OmniMart.com was born.

What Types of Products Do you Sell?

Because our catalog has been around for so many years we fortunately sell a wide variety of products from useful home improvement tools, to funny prank gifts and white elephant gifts. While we may have a large catalog of products, you can rest assured our quality is maintained throughout our selection.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

We've got fulfilment down to a science. We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday. As long as you order before 4:00pm MST, your order will be on it's way on the same day.

What is your Return Policy?

OmniMart offers 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns on all orders except for bulk quantities. If you aren't satisfied with your order, reach out to support@omnimart.com for help with your return. Bulk Order returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Can I Modify an Order After it is Placed?

We do our best to work with our customers when modifying or canceling an order, unless we have already packed your products. If you need help with your purchase, reach out to support@omnimart.com for help.

Do you offer Customer Support?

YES! We offer customer support through our on-site live chat or at support@omnimart.com. We respond to all emails within 12 hours and respond to our live chat within minutes.

Can I get Custom Products Made?

Absolutely! If you have a cool idea for a product or any custom order requests, reach out to us at info@omnimart.com and we will be more than happy to accommodate you!

Does OmniMart Provide Wholesale Pricing?

YES! If you would like to set up a bulk ordering account, reach out to us at bulk@omnimart.com for approval and custom dealer passwords.

Can I send my order Anonymously?

Your target will never know you. We will remove any sender information and receipts if requested. Just include that you'd like to remain anonymous in the notes on your order.
